downloaded this game for my daughter because she thought she wanted to play it. apparently it prompted her just to start purchasing stuff and charged my card on two different occasions back to back $59.99 and then $14.99 I cannot find anywhere to contact customer service. she was getting ready for bed and quite literally only played the game for 2 minutes or less. and this is what I have been charged

The game is advertised as free, but that’s completely misleading. Right at the start it demands a $15 payment for a VIP/Premium pass, without which you can’t even properly launch or play the game. There’s no real way to try it before paying. This is not a free game — it’s forced payment disguised as “free.” Very disappointing and dishonest.
